For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” refer to you as a user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.
Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the “Last Updated” date, and take any other steps required by applicable law.

How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

To provide the Services, we collect as described below. The information we collect and use varies depending on how you interact with us.

In addition to the specific purposes listed below, we may use the information we collect about you to communicate with you, provide or improve the Services, comply with any applicable legal obligations, enforce any applicable service terms, and protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

The type of personal information we receive about you depends on how you interact with our Site and use our Services. When we use the term “personal information,” we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be associated with you. The following sections describe the categories and specific types of personal information we collect.

Information You Provide Directly to Us

Information you submit directly through our Services may include:

  • Contact information – including your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  • Order information – including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment confirmation, email address, and phone number.

  • Account information – including your username, password, security questions, and other details used for account security.

  • Customer support information – including the information you include in your communications with us, such as messages sent via the Services.

Some features of the Services may require you to provide certain information about yourself directly. You may choose not to provide this information, but this may prevent you from using or accessing certain features.

Information We Collect Automatically

We may also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”). For this purpose, we may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (“Cookies”). Usage Data may include details about how you access and use our Site and your account, including device information, browser information, network connection data, your IP address, and other interaction-related data.

Information Received from Third Parties

Finally, we may receive information about you from third parties, including vendors and service providers that collect information on our behalf, such as:

  • Companies that support our Site and Services, such as Shopify.

  • Our payment processors, who collect payment information (e.g., bank account, credit or debit card details, billing address) to process your payment, fulfill your orders, and provide you with the products or services you requested under our contract.

  • When you visit our Site, open or click on emails we send you, or interact with our Services or ads, we or third parties we work with may automatically collect certain data using online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, and cookies.

Any information we receive from third parties is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. See also the section below, Third-Party Websites and Links.

How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Providing Products and Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services and fulfill our contract with you, including processing payments, fulfilling orders, sending account-related notifications, managing your account, organizing shipping, facilitating returns and exchanges, and supporting other account features. We may also enhance your shopping experience by allowing Shopify to match your account with other Shopify services you might use. In that case, Shopify processes your data according to its Privacy Policy and Consumer Privacy Policy.

  • Marketing and Advertising. We may use your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes, such as sending promotional messages via email, SMS, or postal mail and showing you ads for products or services. This may include tailoring Services and ads on our Site and third-party sites. If you are located in the EEA, the legal basis for such data processing is our legitimate interest in marketing our products under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  • Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your personal information to detect, investigate, or take action against possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities. If you choose to use the Services and create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We strongly advise against sharing your username, password, or access credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. For EEA residents, the legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of our Site for you and other customers under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  • Communicating With You and Service Improvement. We use your personal information to provide customer support and improve our Services. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to you, providing effective services, and maintaining our business relationship under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can, however, configure your browser to remove or reject cookies. Please note that removing or blocking cookies may negatively impact your user experience and prevent some features and general functionality of the Services from working properly. Furthermore, blocking cookies may not completely prevent us from sharing information with third parties, such as our advertising partners.

How We Share Personal Information

Under certain circumstances, we may share your personal information with third parties to fulfill our contract, for legitimate purposes, and for other reasons consistent with this Privacy Policy. These may include:

  • With vendors or other third parties who provide services on our behalf (e.g., IT management, payment processing, data analysis, customer support, cloud storage, order fulfillment, and shipping).
