Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process and include statutory VAT.
Germany
- €7.96 shipping costs
- Free shipping for orders over €80.00
European Union
- Free shipping for orders over €100.00
International (outside the EU)
- €19.99 shipping costs
- Free shipping for orders over €230.00
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods to Germany takes place within 4–7 working days.
This is made up as follows:
- Processing time: 2–3 working days (for orders placed by 6:00 PM)
- Shipping duration (DHL Parcel, national): 2–4 working days
For international deliveries, the following guidelines apply:
- EU: typically 5–10 working days
- International (outside EU): up to 14 working days
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Provider
Shipping is generally carried out by the shipping provider DHL.
Further Notes
- If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded.
- For items with different delivery times, shipping will be combined into a single consignment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
